The true inspiration came from a different calling.
For 20 years, I lived a Franciscan vocation dedicated to serving others. My work in food kitchens and running a "Mobile loaves and fishes" truck taught me the profound power of a simple meal, shared freely.
Franciscan Breadworks is the culmination of that journey. It’s about sharing bread, sharing prayer, and sharing table. With local natural ingredients that is both healthy and strengthening, with our customers and with our community. Similar to the Franciscan missions of old.
